I think you're very brave to look back. I have old, physical journals from my teenage years that I occasionally think about thumbing through. Every time I do, I get this horrible wave of embarrassment at my younger self's self-importance or awkward attempts at being heteronormative.

Anyway, seems like your look back was kind of fruitful in its way.
