2026 Goals

Main Goals:

> Finish Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's main story (I've got approx. 2 temples and some sidequests left)

> Finish Ring Fit Adventure's main campaign (this doubles as a "get some regular exercise" goal)

> Record a music cover (e.g. Damage, Endless Possibilities, Melancholic, anything else from Singularity/Through the Void)

> Learn how to torrent (with help from my friend Wendy)

> Write and publish one of the following fics:

• Beach Vacation WIP (self-indulgent multichap)
• anything with a sex scene in it (current contender: Bowser/Luigi mini-fic idea)
• a Mariocest fic (just to see if I can) (i probably can)
• a selfship fic (may overlap with Beach Vacation)

> Bake bread (using The New Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking, recommended to me by some choir friends)

> Post on Pillowfort and Dreamwidth more (main vehicle for this: Fannish 50)

> Read more books (in queue: The Hands of an Emperor, The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet, Platform Decay (when it comes out), A Psalm for the Wild-Built) (and various books I see mentioned by tumblr transfeminists sometimes) (also Metal Masquerade goes here even though it's a fanfic because it's 167k words spanning 4 chapters and it's only halfway finished as of right now) (it's really good, though)

Other Goals:

> Bind a fic into a book (one of mine, to start with)

> Play a randomizer (e.g. Wind Waker, Link Between Worlds, OOT3D)

> Learn some songs on melodica

> Play through some of my games backlog (in queue: In Stars and Time, Chicory, Tunic, Cassette Beasts)

> Configure that 1 TB harddrive I'd bought in the service of media archive/storage and actually use it

> Hang up all my pins and mini prints I'd gotten last year

> Restart learning toki pona
